Massage can be a very effective tool when you have the aches and pains, but is more effective if you get the massage on a schedule so those aches and pains never surface to begin with. It's like working out! If you only work out once, how much help does it provide your fitness? If you work out 3-4 times a week, you will see results it's the same as massage.
